Eligibility
Entry is open to:
- Australian residents aged 18 years or over;
- Who begin their car loan application journey via ClearScore (either the ClearScore website or app) between 15th Septmber and 30 November 2025; and
- Who successfully settle a pre-qualified secured car loan through Driva (via the ClearScore pathway) during the Promotion Period.
Note:
- Only secured car loans are eligible.
- Personal loans are not eligible.
- A loan must be pre-qualified and settled within the promotional period.
- Limit of one (1) gift card per person.
- Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, ClearScore, or agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
- Customers found to have submitted multiple entries via multiple ClearScore accounts will be disqualified.
- Customers found guilty of fraud or improper conduct will be disqualified at the Promoter’s discretion.
Reward Details
Gift
- Each eligible customer will receive one (1) $200 Prezzee Gift Card.
Prezzee Gift Card T&Cs
Total Prize Pool
- The value of the total prize pool depends on the number of eligible entrants.
- The gift is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
Notification and Fulfilment
- Eligible customers will receive their gift card via email within the first 14 days of July 2025.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the email address submitted during their loan application is accurate.
- Driva is not responsible for non-receipt of gift cards due to incorrect or incomplete contact information.
Additional Terms
- By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or acts in breach of these Terms.
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion if circumstances arise outside of its control.
- Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, the Promoter and ClearScore exclude all liability for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) arising in any way out of the Promotion.
- The Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Driva may collect and use personal information for the purpose of administering this promotion and for marketing purposes in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Entrants may opt out at any time by contacting Driva.
Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
