Survey Prize Draw T&Cs

1. Promoter
The promoter is DRIVA PTY LTD (ACN 636 659 160) of 347 Kent Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (“Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period
The promotion runs from 00:00 AEDT on 16 January 2026 to 23:59 AEDT on 26 January 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who receive an invitation to complete the survey. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter
To enter, complete the survey during the Promotion Period. Limit of one (1) entry per person and per email address. Entry is free.

5. Prize
One (1) prize will be awarded: $250 AUD Amazon Gift Card. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

6. Draw & Winner Notification
The winner will be selected by random draw in Sydney NSW on 27 January 2026, after the Promotion Period ends. The winner will be notified by email on 27 January 2026 or within two (2) business days.

7. Winner Publication
The winner’s first initial, surname and state/territory (eg J. Smith NSW) will be published on the Promoter’s website for transparency.

8. Unclaimed Prize
If the prize is not claimed within 30 days of notification, a redraw will occur in Sydney NSW, and the replacement winner will be contacted by email.

9. Privacy
Personal information is collected and used for the purpose of conducting this promotion and contacting the winner, in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.driva.com.au/legal/. By entering, entrants consent to the publication of the winner details described above.

10. General
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or to cancel or amend the promotion where reasonably necessary. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
